Disclaimer and terms and conditions for participation in a Cobalt FPS game (Cobalt Project SA - Paintball)
Article 1 - Acceptance of risks
By participating in a paintball activity organized by Cobalt Project SA, the participant acknowledges that this activity involves inherent risks (injuries, falls, collisions, etc.) and fully accepts them.
Article 2 - Protective equipment
Protective equipment (mask, chest protector, etc.) must be worn throughout the activity. Participants agree never to remove their masks from the field.
Article 3 - Instructions and supervision
The participant agrees to follow all safety instructions given by Cobalt Project SA supervisors. Any unsafe or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate exclusion without refund.
Article 4 - Minimum age and physical ability
Participation is reserved for people aged 14 and over, in good physical condition and with no medical contraindications to paintball.
Article 5 - Personal liability
The participant is solely responsible for any damage he/she may cause to himself/herself, to other participants or to the installations, if he/she does not follow the instructions.
Article 6 - Exclusion of liability of Cobalt Project SA
Cobalt Project SA accepts no responsibility for injury, material damage or any incident occurring during or after the activity, except in the case of proven gross negligence on its part.
Article 7 - Insurance
The participant confirms that he/she has valid personal accident insurance covering this type of activity.
Article 8 - Alcohol, drugs and inappropriate behaviour
Access to the pitch is strictly forbidden to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate exclusion.
Article 9 - Use of images
The participant authorizes Cobalt Project SA to use freely, for promotional purposes, any images or videos taken during the activity, unless explicitly refused in writing before the start of the game.
Article 10 - Regulations in force
The participant acknowledges having read, understood and fully complied with these rules for the duration of the activity.
Article 11 - Modifications, cancellations and compensation
Cobalt Project SA does not issue cash refunds for bookings made, but offers compensation in accordance with the following conditions:
- Cancellation more than 72 hours before the event: Rescheduling offered as a priority on the same day (subject to availability), within the same week, or at a later date. If unable to accept the proposed rescheduling dates, full compensation in the form of a voucher valid for 1 year.
- Cancellation between 72 and 24 hours before the event: Postponement subject to availability or partial compensation by voucher with deduction of a handling fee corresponding to 30% of the price of the cancelled service.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before the event : No compensation
Reservation modification: Any request to modify a confirmed reservation will incur an administrative charge equivalent to 20% of the total amount of the reservation.
Cancellation by Cobalt Project: Cobalt Project SA will notify any cancellation due to a lack of players (less than 8 registered participants) no later than 24 hours before the event by e-mail. A postponement will be offered or, failing that, full compensation in the form of a voucher valid for 1 year. By registering for an unconfirmed game, the participant accepts these conditions.
Late arrival: Cobalt Project SA reserves the right to cancel any reservation for which participants arrive less than 45 minutes before the start of the game. In this case, no compensation will be granted.
Force majeure: Upon presentation of valid proof (medical certificate, death certificate, official attestation), the person concerned will be entitled to a full refund by bank transfer or by the original method of payment, regardless of the cancellation period.
