Disclaimer for Last Walk

Article 1 - Acceptance of risks

I understand and accept that participation in Last Walk involves risks, including: walking on outdoor terrain that may present obstacles or irregularities, intense sound and light effects, light and simulated physical interactions with actors. I declare that I am aware of these risks and will participate voluntarily.

Article 2 - Fitness and health

I certify that I am in good physical and mental health and have no medical contraindications to participation. I assume responsibility for my state of health and undertake to inform the organization of any particular condition that may require special attention.

Article 3 - Disclaimer

I release Cobalt Project S.A., its employees, volunteers, partners and organizers from all liability in case of accident, injury, illness, loss or theft of personal property during the event.

Article 4 - Safety instructions

I agree to follow the instructions given by the organizers and staff. Any behavior that is dangerous, disrespectful or does not comply with the rules may result in my immediate exclusion, without reimbursement.

Article 5 - Participation of minors

The minimum age for participation is 14 years old. Participants between the ages of 14 and 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Article 6 - Cancellation and delay

• Tickets are non-refundable.
• We recommend that you have insurance that covers you in the event of cancellation due to medical reasons.
• Any arrival after the chosen time slot is considered as a cancellation without refund.

Article 7 - Image rights

I agree that photos and videos of the event may be taken and used for promotional purposes by Cobalt Project S.A.
